The school was founded in 1975, it has gained a great international reputation. It is located in 2 adjacent Georgian buildings completely restored while maintaining its elegant nature of the eighteenth century. It has 24 comfortable and bright classrooms, a study room with DVD / Videos, Library with books, magazines and newspapers, a computer room with CD-ROM programmes for individual study, lounge with a coffee machine, lounge DVD to watch movies or listen to music and an attractive garden. The centre is recognized by Quality Service, ACELS, EAQUALS, IALC, MEI RELSA and The National Standards Authority of Ireland.
The school organizes a varied social programme that offers students the opportunity to practice the language and at the same time meet people of other nationalities. Students can choose from a great range of cultural activities, social events and excursions. Examples of this may include : Jazz Festival, Choral Festival, The Film Festival and other festivals during the weekend. It also provides activities that allow students to familiarize with Irish culture, from nights out to the traditional Irish pubs to the more modern nightclubs, cozy theatres and the big screen cinemas. All of them allow the practice English through entertainment.
