Are the schools accredited?

Yes, the appropriate official organisms in the destination countries accredit our schools. Inter-schools guarantees the quality in the education and the inspected accommodation.

Will I have a certificate of my course?

Yes, you will always receive a certificate of the course. As well as one for each official examination that you sit at the school.

What must I do the first day at the school?

You must attend the centre of studies, with the letter of acceptance of the course to be identified as an Inter-Schools member. They will welcome you and you will take an oral and written test to know your level of the language.

Once I have done my booking, do I have everything organized then?

Yes, once your booking is confirmed you will promptly receive all the information about the school, course and accommodation. As well as airport transfers if you requested them.

What official papers do I need to travel?

The updated individual passport for all the countries, depending on the selected country, student's visa may be needed. Under 18’s must have a parental authorization also.

Do I need medical insurance?

It is recommended not to travel without medical insurance, we can offer you wide information about it as well as arrange the appropriate insurance for you.

What sort of luggage should I take?

It is recommended to check in one suitcase only and take a bag or rucksack as hand luggage. It is important to bring a towel with you and clothes adapted for every season and destination country, without forgetting an overcoat pledge although you are travelling during the summer season.

How much pocket money do I need?

Although this is a very personal issue, and it also depends on your chosen destination, we recommend you to have approximately 70 euros per week for juniors and 100 euros for adults; it is also convenient to have a safety fund of 120 euros for any unexpected situation.

My son / daughter is under 18: Can s/he attend to one of your courses safely?

Yes, our Junior schools are focused and specialized in young people and children from very early ages, assuring a successful learning of the language and the excellent experience that this type of course will provide which is the language and cultural immersion in another country.

What time must my son / daughter, under 18, go back to the family or residential school in the evening?

Whilst in residential schools, pupils go out accompanied at all times by monitors, unless otherwise stated. If they are staying in a family home, it is recommended to remain with their host family after dinner and take the best advantage of the familiar atmosphere. When there are programmed activities, they must return at 22:00.
